Tom graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015. From there he worked in a musculoskeletal clinic in Lower Hutt for 2 years, before traveling overseas. Since coming back to New Zealand he has returned to his home town, Auckland, to focus on specialising in hand therapy.

Angela studied and worked as a Hand Therapist in the UK, working at Chelsea and Westminster followed by St Thomas' NHS Hospitals. She treated chronic and acute trauma and post surgical injuries. Angela also conducted research and has published papers on metacarpal fractures and wrist strength post trauma. Most recently she has had a paper published on the short term outcomes following Distal Radius Fractures.
Angela currently works at the Handworks Axis and Unisports Medicine clinic in St Johns, and has been involved in developing an educational tool for FIFA on hand and wrist injuries. She is also a specialist with multiple professional sports teams within Auckland and New Zealand National Teams.
Angela has also been a lecturer at AUT on the post graduate Hand Therapy programme.
