Christie has been working in the sports physio world for almost 10 years. She has completed all advanced dry needling courses in NZ and is now an examiner/mentor to the students. Christie has a hands-on approach, with a strong passion for manual therapy and myofascial release but also has a background in Sport & Exercise Science to ensure you complete your full rehabilitation plan to prevent further injury. Christie has a wide background in sports and dance while also competing at an international level for Underwater Hockey over a 10 year period. She is also the NZ Underwater Hockey Physiotherapist, who travels internationally with the squads. She loves to get out into nature and enjoys swimming, running and dabbles in cycling.
