With 20 years experience, Rachel is highly knowledgable with a great understanding of biomechanics, rehabilitation and manual therapy. Her background includes working with high level & elite athletes, and national teams in a variety of sports. Christie has been working in the sports physio world for almost 10 years. She has completed all advanced dry needling courses in NZ and is now an examiner/mentor to the students. Christie has a hands-on approach, with a strong passion for manual therapy and myofascial release but also has a background in Sport & Exercise Science to ensure you complete your full rehabilitation plan to prevent further injury.
Christie has a wide background in sports and dance while also competing at an international level for Underwater Hockey over a 10 year period.
