Hi my name is Catherine and I have been working at Lifestyle Physio since 2015
I’ve always wanted to work in a profession where I can help people and get to know them at the same time. After graduating from Otago University, I worked in Dunedin providing rehabilitation in a gym and in a hydrotherapy setting My particular interest is elderly care-related rehabilitation and the management of injury.

Hello, my name is Zoe, I am new to Lifestyle in 2023, after graduating from WINTEC.
I have grown up under the Pirongia mountain and have loved what living in the rural community encompases. My family whakapapa back to the Hokianga region in Northland.
I have always enjoyed sports but primarily played netball which led me playing at a representative level. With this came many injuries and I had my first physio appointment at a young age, I felt like I grew up at my local clinic. My physios not only helped me with my injury recovery but with the emotional side of growing up and coping with my injuries and I am so excited to be able to now provide the same care and respect for others.
I always love a good chat and getting to know new people, I am so excited to start this journey with Lifestyle
