Debbie enjoys treating conditions that involve the lower back and pelvis as well as treating people who suffer from headaches and migraines. Debbie is a qualified Pilates instructor and enjoys working on improving posture and muscle imbalances. Bridget is a highly experienced general and sports physiotherapist with a passion for restoring and improving health and wellness to people from all walks of life. She has devoted 30 years evolving her career in Physiotherapy and Research Management in associated health and wellness fields. Aside from her 25+ years experience as a physiotherapist, Bridget is also an accomplished researcher and published author, and completed leading edge research investigating aspects of head and neck control in whiplash patients for her Masters of Health Science Degree in 2003. One of her special interests and areas of expertise is treating whiplash and head and neck pain and dysfunction. A desire to broaden her research skills and knowledge, and the practical application of research insights within the corporate world, saw her take on various roles for Les Mills International over five years from 2006, including Education and Research Management positions. Bridget then returned to physiotherapy in 2011 and has been working in Mangawhai since then.
