Originally from Christchurch, Chris moved to Auckland in 2021. With a decade of experience as a personal trainer prior to becoming a physiotherapist, he brings a strong foundation in movement and strength training to his practice.
Chris has gained experience in hospital rehabilitation wards for older adults, community care, and private practice musculoskeletal settings. He has a particular passion for treating CrossFit and sporting injuries, using an evidence-based approach to help clients recover, prevent re-injury, and achieve their performance goals.
