Chris McCullough was most recently the Principal of Forrest Hill Physiotherapy (1989 – 2021) with over 37 yrs of experience in private practice and sports medicine. He is the acting President of Sports Medicine NZ ( 2007 -2022 ) and previously a provider to High Performance Sport NZ (2008 -2012 ).
Chris was the NZ Sevens Physiotherapist (91 – 94) & All Blacks in 1995,Olympic and Commonwealth Games therapist( 1990 -2000) and 2010. Chris has just stepped down as lead Physiotherapist to the ECB Rugby club (1987 -2021) but remains a Life Member of the club along with SMNZ.
His interests include Surf Life Saving, Classic cars, Mountain biking and Preventative Medicine.

Patrycja qualified as a Physiotherapist, Bachelor of Science (Hons), at York St John University in England and has worked for several years within the National Health Service.
She has expertese in managing lower back pain and acute injuries. Patrycja uses Yoga and Pilates together with evidence based physiotherapy treatment to ensure you recover quickly and fully.
Initially Patrycja worked in Elderly Care, Respiratory, Neurological and Stroke In-patient settings. Before moving to community practice in Musculoskeletal Out-patient clinics where she decided to specialise and has since become a Senior Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist.
She has a special interest in treating spinal, shoulder and knee injuries and always aims to provide individually designed bespoke rehabilitation programs. Patrycja is keen on injury prevention and reconditioning, and on improving neuromuscular control and body awareness. She also has a special interest in Yoga, and has been practicing herself for many years. Whilst in the U.K. she completed a basic Yoga course for Health Care Professionals and often utilises these skills in her physiotherapy treatments.

Born in Japan, Yumie immigrated to Australia with her family before settling in New Zealand
in 2000. She holds a Certificate in Relaxation Massage and a Diploma of Therapeutic
Massage from WellPark College of Natural Therapies. Yumie has specialised experience in
massage for pregnancy. She is a self proclaimed ‘people person’ and loves making a
difference for her clients. With 5 years experience she has observed that maintenance of
the body and mind condition, prevention of injury, and sports recovery, are all key benefits
of regular massage therapy. Yumie is an avid lover of sports, goes to the gym regularly,
practices yoga, and enjoys outdoor cycling. Listening to music and exploring nature are also
