Patrycja qualified as a Physiotherapist, Bachelor of Science (Hons), at York St John University in England and has worked for several years within the National Health Service.
She has expertese in managing lower back pain and acute injuries. Patrycja uses Yoga and Pilates together with evidence based physiotherapy treatment to ensure you recover quickly and fully.
Initially Patrycja worked in Elderly Care, Respiratory, Neurological and Stroke In-patient settings. Before moving to community practice in Musculoskeletal Out-patient clinics where she decided to specialise and has since become a Senior Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist.
She has a special interest in treating spinal, shoulder and knee injuries and always aims to provide individually designed bespoke rehabilitation programs. Patrycja is keen on injury prevention and reconditioning, and on improving neuromuscular control and body awareness. She also has a special interest in Yoga, and has been practicing herself for many years. Whilst in the U.K. she completed a basic Yoga course for Health Care Professionals and often utilises these skills in her physiotherapy treatments.

Ashley specialises in expert clinical diagnosis, often with the aid of video analysis in the management of sports injuries, running gait/biomechanical analysis, painful spinal problems, shoulder, knee and ankle injuries and chronic tendinopathies. Jennifer is a qualified physiotherapist with an expansive Physiotherapy background with 30 years of experience working in both District Health Board and private rehabilitation settings. She is experienced in working within clinic, gym, pool and home visiting environments across a range of age groups and conditions.
One of her key interests and expertise is managing neurological conditions such as stroke and traumatic brain injury. She is also experienced with musculoskeletal, orthopedic and pulmonary rehabilitation. She has developed a keen interest in movement retraining responsive to a multitude of issues such as the simplicity of the natural aging process through to the complexities associated with serious injury .She is committed to helping people to achieve their optimum potential and enhancement of life through quality intervention.
In her spare time her pursuits include enjoying family life, hiking, cycling and pottering about in the water on her kayak and SUP board.
Her goals are to work her way through the NZ Cycle trails, to improve her water sport ability, finish some home projects and contribute to happiness and well being of those around her.
