Courtney joined the Motion Health team in Auckland in 2023. She completed her studies at Auckland University of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science – Physiotherapy. Courtney has a keen interest in treating sporting injuries and is currently working alongside Metro FC NFRL Division 1 team. She is passionate about exercise based rehabilitation and loves working with clients from all walks of life to help them achieve their individual goals and supporting a smooth return to pre-injury function. Chelsea graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, and is also qualified in Dry Needling.
She has a keen interest in sporting injuries and has worked alongside representative level teams for both North Harbour Hockey and Harbour Rugby.
She is passionate about exercise-based rehabilitation, and loves helping others achieve their personal goals and return to pre-injury function.
Chelsea is also a qualified Pilates instructor and integrates Pilates based rehab into her physiotherapy treatment where applicable.
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys keeping fit in the gym, going on hikes, or group fitness classes.
Chelsea implements a patient-centred approach and evidence-based practice to provide personalised rehabilitation to for all ages and demographics.
