Blake graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy (Honours), and is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. He is an avid gym goer and has a keen interest in sporting injuries and exercise rehab. He has worked alongside football teams and enjoys taking a patient-centred holistic approach to rehab that integrates dietary and lifestyle advice. Using his knowledge of strength and conditioning, Blake enjoys supporting people of all ages to become the best versions of themselves, allowing them to get back into the activities they enjoy.
