Aoibheann is from Ireland and she graduated from Ulster University in Belfast in 2015. After gaining 2 years of experience at home, she moved out to New Zealand in 2018. She spent 5 years working in a Private Physiotherapy Clinic down in Queenstown, and has recently moved up to the sunnier climate of Mount Maunganui!
Aoibheann is adept in musculoskeletal injuries and has a special interest in the lower limb and knees (thanks to the high frequency of knee injuries she saw from skiing in Queenstown!). She believes in empowering patients in their own recover through exercise, movement and education. She has completed further post-graduate training in dry needling and Pilates, and uses these frequently to support her manual therapy.
When not in work, you'll find Aoibheann in hiking and biking in the hills or surfing (very badly!) along our beautiful coastline. Her interest in outdoor exercise helps Aoibheann to understand the importance of getting people back to doing what they love. View details »
