Caitlin graduated from AUT in 2021 and joined the New Lynn Physiotherapy team soon after. Caitlin has a passion for fixing musculoskeletal and sports injuries, which she developed from many years playing netball and her experience as a swimming instructor. Caitlin is certified in the technique of dry needling, and applies her skills to help facilitate muscle function and release tight overactive muscles during treatment sessions. She is an advcoate for both hands-on manual therapy and exercise prescription to achieve the best results for her patients.
During her time off Caitlin enjoys the outdoors, keeping fit and catching up with friends and family.
