Qualifying as a Physio in 2014 at home in the UK, I spent 3 years working as a rotational Physiotherapist for the NHS alongside a role with a professional football academy.
My wife and I moved to New Zealand in 2017, initially basing ourselves around the coast where we stayed with friends. Work took us down to Wellington for a few years then in 2021 we decided to move back to New Plymouth because of the initial connection we made with Taranaki when we first arrived.
I have a special interest in the management of shoulder and lower limb injuries and have completed additional training in the management of complex shoulder conditions, manual therapy and dry needling.
Outside work I'll usually be found getting stuck into projects at home and in the garden or walking/training our young golden retriever. I'm also a casual runner and play football socially for FC Western, where I also support the senior teams and under 17's with Physiotherapy services.
