I’m passionate about helping you get back to doing what you love. With a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh (2021), and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation (2017), I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of sports and clients, from amateur to professional, rugby to GB Taekwondo, ski seasons, and private clinics and the public healthcare system in the UK. Having recently moved from Wellington, I’m now excited to be based in Central Otago to continue to support people in recovery, whether from an injury, surgery or looking to improve your performance, I’m here to helpyou regain confidence in your body and get back to living your life. Outside of physio, you can find me exploring New Zealand’s beautiful outdoors, camping, skiing, hiking, or watching rugby with friends. My passion for active living fuels my commitment to helping others maintain their own active lifestyles. View details »
I’m a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and competent manual therapist and osteopath with a can-do positive attitude. I’m accomplished in structural, visceral, and cranial osteopathy, with a continual passion for helping individuals of all ages find health—whether supporting pregnant women, treating children, or restoring movement and balance in adults.
My professional journey has taken me across the North Island of New Zealand and, more recently, to the Middle East, where I spent four years working in an internationally acclaimed sports medicine clinic. There, I collaborated with physiotherapists, sports physicians, and other allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary setting, managing a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions and athletic injuries.
I bring a strong background in sports care.
I thrive in collaborative environments and believe the best outcomes are achieved through integrated, patient-centered care—working alongside other health professionals to deliver the highest standard of treatment. Now back in New Zealand, I’m excited to bring my international experience and multidisciplinary approach to support the health and wellbeing of the local community. View details »
