Originally from Ireland, I have been in New Zealand for the past 2.5 years. After spending time in Auckland, I have recently moved to Central Otago to explore more of NZ.
I studied as an undergraduate in Athletic Therapy and Training which included a 6-month placement in the USA working with a college football team. I then completed a post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy to become a chartered Physiotherapist. I have experience in Private MSK physio clinics in Ireland and worked with both athletes and general population.
I have a keen interest in Rehabilitation of MSK Injuries both in athletes and general population with an emphasis on promoting someone’s desire to get stronger and fitter.

I am a New Zealand Registered Acupuncturist and ACC Treatment Provider proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I hold a Diploma of Acupuncture and Tuina from Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Acupuncture) from the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine. My journey began with a role as a Retail Assistant at Xinglingchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy in China, where I gained valuable knowledge in TCM 10 years ago. I interned at Chenzhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, honing my skills in Acupuncture and Tuina. I further developed as a massage therapist at Goodness Therapy Auckland and completed an internship at the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine Student Clinic.
