Benish graduated as a physiotherapist in 2017 and completed her Masters in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in 2020. She has moved to New Zealand in 2023 with her husband and lovely son of 2 years old. She holds various international certifications and has experience in differential diagnosis and treatment of all kinds of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pains. She has a firm belief in manual therapy and exercise programs to improve functional outcomes and addressing pain. She has a passion for treating various sports related injuries including rugby, netball, hockey, squash and golf. She also enjoys treating the older population taking into consideration lower limb strength, balance and proprioception issues to reduce the risk of falls and prolong independence. She has a range of clinical experience and believes in the holistic approach in treating her patients.
Outside of work, Benish loves travelling and exploring New Zealand's beauty.
