My drive to pursue a career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, began during my years as a physiotherapy assistant working with a rugby team. I was amazed to see the positive effects physiotherapy really had on the players. I have a keen interest in sporting injuries and rehabilitation and I am currently the physio for the karaka under 85 rugby team.
Outside of physiotherapy, I like to spend my time reading, baking, and painting. I enjoy going to the gym for my daily exercise, along with a casual trip to the driving range or a weekly game of pool. I am currently spending some time re-teaching my-self to play the violin as this was my musical interest growing up. Along with the violin, I am also a member of my church choir.
I grew up in South Auckland and I am very privileged to be able to give back to the community I was raised in. As a physiotherapist, I endeavor to provide my patients with an excellent level of care using a variety of manual therapy techniques combined with exercise prescription. View details »
