Natalia works with individuals with Sports Injuries, Orthopaedic Conditions, Women’s Health, Temporomandibular Joint disorders and Dancer and Performing Arts injuries.
She holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Melbourne and has furthered her education through the Dry Needling Institute, the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, Maitland Seminars, Sonosite Musculoskeletal Sonography and Neuro Tour Physical Therapy for performing arts injuries.
As a former avid runner and Mum to two young kids, Natalia has a special and personal interest in hip labral Injuries and post operative hip rehabilitation, as well as pre and postnatal back, hip, and sacroiliac joint conditions. She enjoys furthering her knowledge of Clinical Pilates and teaching Reformer classes.

Emma has worked as a Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for over 10 years. She completed further study at AUT in Manual Therapy, Dry needling/Accupuncture, Mulligans therapy, along with Sports and Spinal level 1 courses in Australia.
She’s studied Clinical Pilates through Dance Medicine Australia in 2012 & has continued further training in Reformer 1 & 2 through Polestar Pilates in 2019. Along with her passion for Physio & Reformer Pilates,
Emma is also further qualified in Cancer Rehabilitation. She is certified in PINC & STEEL Oncology Rehab, as well as Next Steps, a Cancer Rehab Group Programme.

Emily is an experienced physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health, orthopaedic conditions, antenatal preparation and postnatal recovery. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kentucky and has pursued extensive training to support her diverse patient base. With postgraduate training in Pelvic Health from Herman & Wallace, Fascial Mobilisation from the Barral Institute, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise from Core Exercise Solutions, and Women’s Health Coaching and Functional Nutrition from the Integrative Women's Health Institute, Emily offers a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and wellness.
Additionally, Emily holds a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is trained in Reformer Pilates through Stott Pilates, enhancing her ability to integrate corrective exercise into her treatment plans effectively. She enjoys helping patients manage low back, hip, shoulder, and ankle injuries and dysfunction, combining her orthopaedic expertise with functional movement, biomechanics, and strength training.
