Dan is another AUT graduate physiotherapist, who previously gained a degree in Sports Science at Massey University and is now working in our school locations seeing a predominance of sports-related, adolescent injuries.
Dan enjoys treating musculoskeletal injuries with particular interest in paediatric populations, and the challenges that come with these patients. Dan believes that his dual-degree background can have a positive influence on this population, creating better lifestyle habits and injury prevention regimes. Dan feels that his own sporting background in Basketball, Rugby, Athletics, and personal training puts him in a very empathetic position while treating active adolescence, and allows him to achieve patient-centred goals.
Dan recognises that he enjoys competition in all forms, and feels he is the most competitive person he knows, thriving particularly in physical challenges. Aside from physiotherapy, Dan enjoys learning about new ideas and concepts, as well as maintaining an active lifestyle. View details »
