Nicolette completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at AUT in 2025. She has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, and is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love through evidence-based treatment, active rehabilitation, and a hands-on approach. Outside the clinic, Nicolette has always had a strong interest in sport and physical activity, with a background in netball, soccer, and athletics. She continues to lead an active lifestyle and enjoys strength and conditioning training, running, hiking, and yoga. Ms Shirley Challis

Shirley graduated from Otago in 1981. Shirley worked in Burwood and Christchurch Hospitals for 2 years then moved to a multi-faceted Sports Medicine Clinic for 3 years. Shirley then moved to Auckland and set up her own Physiotherapy Clinic in Queens Street, central Auckland, which she ran for 5 years. Shirley is interested in Sports Medicine Physiotherapy and is a member of Sports Medicine NZ and Sports Physiotherapy NZ. Shirley has expertise in the testing and treatment of Posittional Dizziness (Vertigo) also known as BBPV-Benign Paroxysmol Positional Vertigo.
