Yongxin (Sherri) Tong graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of her clients, helping them recover from injuries and achieve their physical goals.
Having gained extensive experience working with rugby teams at various levels, Sherri excels in fitness, strength, and conditioning. Her practice is built on a patient-centered, evidence-based approach, utilizing education, exercise, and hands-on techniques.
Sherri was born and raised in China and speaks native Mandarin. She now lives on the North Shore. Outside of her physiotherapy practice, Sherri values spending quality time with friends and family, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and nurturing meaningful connections beyond her professional pursuits.

Neeru graduated from the AUT with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy She is a certified Bradcliff Breathing method Practioner.She is also a trained physiotherapist from India, After moving to New Zealand in 2006 she worked part-time in Southern DHB for 5 years. Now a mother of 2 teenage children, she works as a full-time physiotherapist. She gained extensive experience during her placements in the ED and outpatient clinic in Waitemata DHB. While Neeru has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries, she is passionate about helping people with all kinds of injuries to achieve their goals. Neeru believes in a positive and trusting relationship with the clients.She is a lifetime member of Indian Association of Physiotherapists and the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre.
