Cathy graduated from the University of Ottawa (Canada) in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Not long after graduation Cathy followed her love for the mountains and moved to Vancouver, Canada where she pursued her career in an outpatient orthopaedic practice gaining her experience working with sports injuries – running, skiing, biking and rock climbing; work related injuries especially repetitive strain and postural dysfunction; as well as with motor vehicle accidents. Laura graduated from the University of Otago in 2009. She has since worked in a variety of private practices and through this has developed a keen interest for treating sports injuries and working with footballers. Recently she has been working alongside Football South coaches with their Football Talent Centre (FTC) players, as well as being physiotherapist to the Football South National Women’s team. She has also been team physiotherapist to local rugby and hockey teams over the years.
Laura takes a holistic approach to treatment and likes to combine movement and biomechanics analysis with, manual therapy, dry needling and strength and conditioning to help people reach their potential. View details »
