Albert is a NZ-registered and PH-registered physiotherapist with over 22 years of experience across sports teams, outpatient clinics, and academic settings. Holding a BS and MS in Physical Therapy (Orthopaedic Track), along with a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, Albert has worked extensively with athletes from amateur to elite levels, specialising in sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and vocational recovery. His previous roles include Team Sports Physiotherapist, Senior Physiotherapist, and Assistant Professor, reflecting a career grounded in both clinical excellence and education.
Albert’s clinical approach is rooted in the biopsychosocial model, integrating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and strength and conditioning principles to optimise recovery and performance.
Fluent in English and Tagalog, he is committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based care that empowers clients to return to activity with confidence and resilience.
