Hi, my name is Kourtney and I am a born and raised kiwi. I graduated from AUT with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy, mid 2022. I chose physio as my career path, as I have always been involved in sports and activity, and I love helping other people. Throughout my studies and involvement with rugby teams, I developed a fascination with the musculoskeletal aspects of the human body, and how to best support it in recovery from injury. I believe that an injury and the recovery process is so much more than just the physical aspect, which is why I am so excited to be a part of the Proactive team who value and demonstrate a holistic and empowering approach to your care.
