Peter Snowdon is a physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, biomechanical retraining, and exercise prescription. With a background in sports medicine, including working as a sports physiotherapist for the Phoenix Football team, Peter has gained valuable insight into sports injuries and recovery strategies. He is particularly interested in return-to-work rehabilitation, concussion management, chronic pain, and vestibular disorders.
Drawing from his experience as a Group Fitness Instructor with Les Mills for over 10 years, Peter is dedicated to creating individualized rehabilitation programs that integrate movement and exercise, using techniques such as dry needling for pain management and muscle imbalance correction. Peter is also passionate about incorporating a Maori-centered approach into his practice, learning and growing in this space to ensure that he provides culturally aware and responsive care.
