Gofa is an experienced physiotherapist with over 11 years of clinical practice, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and injury prevention. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from the University of Otago (2014). Throughout her career, Gofa has worked extensively in musculoskeletal private practice settings across New Plymouth and Palmerston North. Her professional experience also includes delivering school-based rehabilitation services, as well as providing occupational rehabilitation and injury prevention programmes to a range of industries. Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, concussion rehabilitation, pain management, vocational and social rehabilitation, early intervention, injury prevention, and sports rehabilitation. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals return to function safely and sustainably, whether in everyday life, work, or sport.
