Bethan graduated in 2020 from the University of Cardiff with a BSc. She brings her experience from working in NHS Wales and 'Back in Action' a holistic functional restoration program. She takes a personal approach to coach individuals through their rehabilitation journey. She is enthusiastic to support people in returning to activity and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Bethan is a keen triathlete and has a passion for the outdoors. She spends her free time trail running, bouldering and open water swimming.
