Since competing in Football and Badminton growing up, this active lifestyle led me to develop a deep passion of understanding health and wellbeing to maintain strong and happy bodies. This ultimately led me to pursue my studies in physiotherapy where I graduated from Otago University in 2023.
As a physio, I enjoy helping individuals in reclaiming their healthy lifestyles and guiding them towards their goals through collaborative efforts. I have experience in working with rugby sports teams as a physiotherapist and clinical experience in musculoskeletal and community care.
Outside of work you’ll find me at the gym, grabbing a coffee down by the beach or spending time with my mates
