BHSc Physiotherapy, Dry Needling Cert
I graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021. Since starting work I have had experience working with women’s rugby and football teams, but also enjoy working with the general population too. I use a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy (including dry needling) and education to guide people through their recovery.
Alongside physiotherapy I am also working towards a classical reformer pilates instructing certification.
