Aimee graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. Since then, she has expanded her expertise through various professional development courses, including Dry Needling, the FIFA Diploma, Sports Trauma, APPI Physio-Led Pilates, and Side Line Medic training. She has a strong passion for Pilates and brings experience in both group mat classes and one-on-one sessions with clients. Aimee also has several years of experience providing sideline medic support in rugby and football settings. Her clinical interests include sports rehabilitation and post-operative recovery, and she enjoys integrating dry needling and Pilates into her treatment approach.
