As the saying goes, without your health, what do you have? Matt enjoys being part of the process to improving a person’s health by allowing them to move more effectively enabling them to improve their standard of living. His career in physiotherapy has allowed him to meet people from all walks of life and treat a myriad of diverse conditions and injuries. Matt specialises in exercise prescription and developing rehabilitation programmes following injury and surgery. He also uses video analysis software for the identification of faulty movement patterns that maybe the underlying problem associated with a particular injury. Other treatment options he explores is the incorporation of dry needling and manipulative therapy techniques and well as Pilates Rehabilitation.
