Jessica graduated in 2011 from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physiotherapy). Since then, she has worked in both public and private settings.
Since graduating, she has completed various exercise and movement based courses, including Pilates training. She has a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation and persistent pain conditions. One day she hopes to do post grad training in this area, but at present is busy with her two young children.
