I am currently work part time at the Whangaparaoa branch of Coast Physio. Over the past 20 years I have spent time in each of the clinics interspersed with travel and spells doing relieving work in Queensland.
I have a special interest in neck and back pain, headaches and breathing pattern disorders. I enjoy diagnosing presenting problems and often use acupuncture and dry needling in my treatment approach, followed up with massage and appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises.
Outside of work I enjoy bush walking and sailing and spending time with my children and grandchildren both here in Auckland and in the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
