Brooke grew up in Auckland and completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours (First Class) at the University of Otago in 2021. Following this, she worked overseas in Australia at a private practice gaining experience in a regional area. She has developed a broad range of skills working with a wide range of conditions including sporting injuries, paediatrics, post-operative, chronic and acute injuries. Brooke believes in working with each client to develop an individualised rehabilitation plan using a combination of ‘hands on’ techniques, dry needling, manual therapy and strength & conditioning. Brooke has additional training in pilates, sports physiotherapy and dry needling. When she's not in the clinic, Brooke enjoys spending time with family, playing sports and travelling.
