Julia hails from the iwi of Te Rarawa and graduated from the University of Otago in 2021. She has spent the last few years working in Wellington, Porirua and Australia across multiple hospital settings including orthopaedics, post cardio-thoracic surgery, stroke rehabilitation and outpatients. Jules has a passion for rehabilitation across multiple fields including health of older adults, sports and youth. Outside of work Jules is a current New Zealand Touch Blacks player for the open women’s team and has previously played semi professional netball. Emma is an adopted kiwi having moved from Ayrshire, Scotland in 2009 to Hawkes Bay and now living in the big smoke of Auckland. She lives with her partner, James, a pilot, her four year old daughter, one year old son and her two Labradors. She has been working in physiotherapy for 15 years. Emma completed her undergraduate honours degree at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh and then her Masters of Physiotherapy (endorsed in sports) from Otago University. She has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. Emma enjoys all sports and has been a physio for many teams from basketball to soccer to rugby. She was the lead physio for the New Zealand football ferns and Triathlon Australia. She is a keen triathlete/multi-sport athlete and competed for both Great Britain and New Zealand at an age-group level in both duathlon and triathlon. View details »

Sheldon is an Australian-trained physiotherapist who has lived in NZ for 20 years. He lives in Muriwai Beach with his Kiwi wife Jo, his kids Maggie (17) and Cole (14), and his dog Lola. Sheldon graduated in 1994 from the University Of Sydney, Australia. He has 30 years of private practice experience. He is a member of the New Zealand Physio Association, Physiotherapy Acupuncture Association and the New Zealand Manipulative Physiotherapy Association.
