Lou treats using a basis of person-centred care and individualised rehabilitation which she tailors to suit individual sporting and lifestyle goals. She gained a degree in Anatomy which sparked an interest in pregnancy and post-partum care prior to studying and entering the Physiotherapy profession. Millie is originally from Leeston, Canterbury, and is a graduate of the University of Otago. Coming from a farming background, Millie has first-hand understanding of the physical demands of manual labour, which aligns closely with Rx Health’s practical, results-driven approach to care.
