Cody graduated from AUT University in 2017 and was awarded the John Morris award for top clinical grades for his final year, and the Fran Elkin Prize for the best overall academic student. Since then Cody has worked in a variety of clinical roles and has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries ranging from work-based injuries to sports injuries.
Cody has a strong emphasis on exercise-based rehabilitation, as well as utilising manual therapy and dry needling to help optimise a full recovery after an injury. He is also passionate for sports medicine, strength and conditioning and injury prevention.
Cody enjoys surfing, mountain biking and staying active. He seeks to maintain a healthy lifestyle and aims to translate these values into his Physiotherapy practice.

Sonia Graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and prior to this a
Bachelor of Sport and Recreation in Exercise Science. As a physiotherapist she has over 10 years of experience in Sport, Musculoskeletal, and Neurological Rehabilitation in public and private healthcare settings.
She is a qualified Mulligan practitioner and holds a Certificate in Dry Needling, Sports and
Therapeutic Massage and is completing the Post Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.
She is a qualified Mat Work Pilates Instructor and Mulligan Practitioner and has training in the
McKenzie Method for treatment of spinal conditions. She has enjoyed working with a range of
clientele with an interest in post-surgical rehabilitation. She enjoys surfing, mountain biking, running,
hiking and swimming, and enjoys being a physiotherapist as she is passionate about helping get

Alexandra graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from AUT in 2013 and has over 11 years' experience. She also holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University. Her career has spanned private clinics, hospitals, sports teams, and aged care in both New Zealand and Australia. Alexandra specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, pain management, and rehabilitation. She has worked with professional sports teams, taught Pilates, and provided physiotherapy services on a super yacht. After three years at Move Physiotherapy in Queenstown, Alexandra recently returned from travel and is excited to continue helping people improve their health and wellbeing. View details »
