Amanda graduated from the University of Otago in 2019 with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy and has recently submitted her doctoral thesis on the broader benefits of physical activity.
Her professional interests span both sports and older persons' health, with experience across private practice, neurological care, rest homes and hospitals. As a former competitive track athlete, Amanda draws on her personal experience with injury prevention and rehabilitation.
