Daisy is a physiotherapist with a special interest in integrating musculoskeletal physiotherapy and clinical Pilates to enhance functional movement, longevity and performance. Specifically, she has experience working with a variety of elite athletes, facilitating their return to sport. Having qualified from Cardiff University in 2018, she has primarily gained experience working in private practice and sport. She was a physiotherapist for Bradford Bulls professional women's rugby league team in the UK and has worked in the French Alps treating ski injuries. Daisy is also qualified in sports massage, acupuncture and reformer Pilates. Skye is a personal trainer who also has a degree in Physical education & Exercise and sports science. From a young age Skye was exposed to the gym and racing motocross, this kickstarted her love for training & performance. Skye enjoys diving into the science behind Athletic Performance. Constantly learning, Skye is currently studying a post graduate diploma in Strength & Conditioning. She believes the key in building a resilient body is understanding the exact demands of the sports on athletes and matching the training stimulus to improve various aspects of movement, strength, power & explosiveness to get the best outcome.
