Karin is a professional and dedicated massage and lymphatic therapist, known for her warmth, expertise, and ability to build genuine connections with her clients. She brings fresh energy, a calm presence, and a genuine passion for helping people feel lighter, more relaxed, and confident in their bodies. Karin is always eager to learn, expand her skills, and bring new techniques to enhance the client experience. Karin recently completed her Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science in June 2025, after studying for the past five years at university in the United States. Her academic background, combined with her experience as a professional athlete, gives her a unique understanding of the body, movement, and recovery. She competed internationally in the 3000m steeplechase, representing her country at European and World Championships, and is a National Champion in her event. Her years of high-performance training and recovery routines have given her first-hand insight into what the body needs to perform, recover, and thrive. Karin is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Hands On MLD Level 1 & 2) and takes a client-centred approach, tailoring every session to the individual, whether it’s for relaxation, recovery, swelling management, or overall wellbeing. Clients often comment on her ability to make them feel understood, supported, and motivated during every session. Outside of work, Karin is an adrenaline enthusiast who loves all sports and adventure. She spends much of her free time trail running, hiking, and exploring the mountains. She is also committed to lifelong learning and professional development, continually expanding her knowledge to provide the best care for her clients. With a passion for both performance and recovery, Katy tailors her treatments to meet each client’s individual needs, whether that’s optimising athletic performance, assisting with post-event recovery, or providing specialised lymphatic care. Her approachable nature and genuine care create a positive and motivating experience in every session.
