Growing up rurally in the Wairarapa, I have always had a passion for an active and healthy lifestyle, which is what led me to my first degree, Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Sport & Exercise Nutrition at Otago University, graduating in 2019. However, I realised my true passion was in rehabilitation which drew me to studying Physiotherapy, graduating in 2023. I enjoy physiotherapy as it allows me to work with people from all backgrounds and provide an individualised holistic approach to a patients rehab journey. In my spare time you will find me in the outdoors whether it is in the hills, beaches, or playing sport. View details »
I graduated in 2023 from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Growing up in coastal Mount Maunganui of the North Island, I am used to making the most of what our great New Zealand landscapes have to offer. Through my passion for wellbeing, I have seen the far reaching benefits of optimising physical health and have long been a keen runner. Since moving south for University, I have furthered this by exploring the mountains through skiing and hiking on the weekends. It is clear to me that a broad approach to physical health is optimal so I enjoy regular yoga and pilates. I have a real enthusiasm for musculoskeletal health and working with a diverse range of people. In particular, I see great value in the holistic treatment of the individual - aiming to see the ‘bigger picture’ of an injury additional to the biomechanics. I cherish making memorable experiences for my patients, ultimately striving to return them to what they love. View details »

Having experienced her fair share of sporting injuries, physiotherapy was a natural calling for Leah, as she enjoys working through the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of problems. She values the holistic approach physiotherapy offers, taking the time to understand what is most important to her patients so she can help them return to what they love. She has a wide range of clinical interests and enjoys working with people of all activity levels, tailoring rehab plans that fit into busy lives.
