I’m Akshay Patel, I have completed Bachelor of physiotherapy in 2016 from India and have 4 years’ experience as a physiotherapist. I worked in aged care facility for 3 years as a Health Care Assistant. I have had experiences in private, community and hospital setting physiotherapy practices. I moved to New Zealand 4 years ago, I have done graduate diploma in health and rehab. I love to help people and helping them return to their functional activities and daily living activities. Mr Anthony Broadbent

Physiotherapist

Anthony is the clinic director and physiotherapist, with a specialist interest in chronic neck and back pain. He has 15 years of experience in the public and private health sectors in New Zealand. Being a sufferer of chronic low back and neck pain from weight lifting in the past, he is able to relate to patients’ pain, and give targeted effective treatment. He finds the use of trigger point dry needling of the greatest benefit, releasing shortening of the paraspinal muscle, to restore movement to the spinal joints. Spinal pain at both ends of the spectrum can be effectively treated, from acute to chronic. Anthony also offers simultaneous rehabilitation, and correction of movement impairments, to prevent recurrences of injuries in the future.
