Shikha trained at AUT and is a passionate musculoskeletal physiotherapist who is also a qualified Pilates instructor, personal trainer and fitness instructor. She is also trained in Dry needling. Shikha enjoys working with sports teams and has been involved with the AUT Titan’s football team and Papatoetoe premier rugby team. Shikha has a wide range of interests including football, jujitsu, swimming, hiking, dancing and boxing.
