Mrudula is an ACC registered and NZRP quafilied physiotherapist. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelors of Health Science (Physiotherapy) degree. Following the completion of her studies, Mrudula developed a keen interest in the assessment & treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions pertaining to all age groups. She dedicated a number of years in private practice refining such skills with an outcome focused aim of restoring optimal biomechanics and function. Her areas of special interests include sports-related, work-based, pre-operative or post operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
In her work she is most passionate about treating the root cause of symptoms rather than providing symptomatic relief alone. Mrudula enjoys incorporating various techniques such as patient education, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation with mobility, strength and conditioning training. She is a Certified Personal trainer and a qualified Pre-employment workplace assessment Drug and Alcohol collector.

Amy is an Irish physiotherapist who has been working in Auckland for over 5 years. Amy has an interest in working with people musculoskeletal injuries to help return to the activities they value. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2016 and has worked in both hospital, community, and clinic settings in her career. She is APPI Pilates trained and enjoys bringing this into her rehabilitation programs. Lance is an experienced physiotherapist that graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2015. With a strong background in both hospital and community healthcare settings, Lance has worked extensively across New Zealand and the UK, providing rehabilitation and support to a diverse range of patients/clients.
Passionate about helping people regain movement and improve their quality of life, Lance has developed expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological and post-surgical rehabilitation. He focusses on patient-centred approach and on evidence-based techniques to promote recovery and long-term well-being.
Outside of work, Lance enjoys staying active through training, exploring different food, and traveling to experience new cultures, His love for movement extends beyond physiotherapy, as he believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness.
