Intonia is a senior physiotherapist with doctoral degree and more than 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked extensively across in-patient and out-patient sectors in Hong Kong for injury management, rehabilitation and prevention. She has a keen interest in managing a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions covering people of all ages. She is passionate about incorporating a range of different hands-on techniques and individualized exercise-based approaches that best suit the need of her clients and assist them to achieve their goals and regain independence.
In her spare time, Intonia enjoys playing badminton, reading, and spending time with her family. She speaks English and Cantonese, and here to serve the Auckland community.

Nikhil recently graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) First Class Honours. He is passionate about helping people return to their everyday activities through a combination of exercise prescription and manual therapy, believing that this integrated approach leads to the best outcomes. In addition to his physiotherapy qualifications, Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, which has deepened his understanding of the human body and enhances his clinical decision-making and treatment strategies. Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and travelling. He is also an avid enthusiast of exercise, always seeking new ways to stay active and healthy. She specializes in the treatment of complex musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and evidence-based care. Recognized for her patient-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse individuals, Aasma is committed to creating a welcoming environment while helping patients achieve their health and mobility goals. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters who keep her joyfully busy, and she enjoys cooking delicious South Asian cuisine in her free time.
