She finds it a challenging but rewarding space as she sees fewer consequent injuries with this approach. Rakhee is driven by her clients’ challenges in achieving their goals to return to pre-injury level. She is a certified Mulligan Therapist, Pilates Instructor, Kinesio taping therapist, has her Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports and wears many other hats as a Physiotherapist. Tara is a physiotherapist with experience in a variety of areas like Vocational rehabilitation, Older persons rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with a Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Health. She is also a Comprehensive Pilates instructor qualified to teach Equipment and Mat Pilates. Tara is passionate about giving her clients all the tools they require to be able to independently manage and maintain their preinjury level of function. She enjoys working with her clients, educating them about their injuries and body biomechanics so that she can support them to meet their functional goals through thoughtful body awareness and movement.
