Over his studies he has gained a passion for all forms of rehabilitation, particularly within the acute sports field. Matthew is committed to provide personalised care tailored to everyone he works with. During these sessions he ensures he tailors treatment and interventions to each individuals needs and goals. Matthew originally is from Wellington and in his free time enjoys being in the outdoors whether it be on foot or his mountain bike. Originally from the Upper North Island, Toni graduated from the University of Otago in 2018 and has been working as a dedicated musculoskeletal physiotherapist in Dunedin ever since. With experience treating a wide variety of injuries—from acute sports injuries to complex, long-standing conditions—Toni takes pride in problem-solving alongside her patients to help them achieve their individual goals. Toni’s professional qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Health Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy, both from the University of Otago which have to influenced her to include a strong combination of manual therapy (hands on treatment), education and exercise prescription in her treatment. She also holds a Certificate in Dry Needling and a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, reflecting her special interest in working with football players. Outside the clinic, Toni enjoys exploring Dunedin’s beautiful scenery with her dog and family, paddleboarding, or visiting local playgrounds with her toddler (and a coffee in hand). View details »
