James recently graduated from Ulster University in Ireland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. During his studies he worked within the NHS treating a diverse range of patients and conditions. He has particular interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and sports injuries, as he also has a Bachelor degree in Sport and Exercise Science and has experience working with a premier rugby club in Ireland. He values a holistic approach to treatment and believes it is important to consider all aspects of an individual's life during rehabilitation.
