Amanda has primarily working in the musculoskeletal field including private practice in New Zealand and the Elite Rugby Program in Hong Kong. She has undertaken post-graduate study in manual therapy, dry needling, strength and conditioning, and sports and exercise medicine. Amanda has a strong interest in sports related injuries and provides her kiritaki (clients) the tools to assist themselves with their recovery. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, walking and learning new skills.

Jade obtained her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree through Otago Polytechnic and is currently working towards her hand therapy registration here in Aotearoa. Jade is passionate about helping people regain hand and upper limb function for everyday activities they need or want to engage in. Jade grew up on the beautiful East Coast which is the first place to see the sun. Outside of the clinic, Jade enjoys playing sport, heading home to see family and getting outdoors in nature.
