Tessa is an Otago graduate who has spent her studies in the private practice area. She has worked cohesively with various sports clubs as the on field physiotherapist with the last club being Oriental Rongotai Prems Rugby. Her particular area of interest is in the acute sports injury management. Tessa has also been exposed to the physiotherapy world her whole life with her mum being a Physio herself. Originally from Ireland, John moved to New Zealand 2 years ago where he started working in TBI Health after spending over five years working in the National Health Service in England.
John specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has special interests in return to sport, injury prevention and strength and conditioning. John has experience working with English soccer teams as well as working as a research clinician on one of the world’s largest tendon studies.
Outside of Physiotherapy, John worked as a CrossFit coach for two years, a sport which he trains at regularly. He also attempts to surf and enjoys running and tramping. View details »
