Christeena graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has a keen interest in sports and the exercise aspects of rehabilitation. She has been working as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, in a private practice, she enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals and make meaningful changes in their lives. Lauren is a registered Hand Therapist and Occupational Therapist. She began her hand therapy career in 2022 and completed her postgraduate certificate in Health Science in 2024. Lauren enjoys treating a wide range of conditions from the elbows to the fingertips, including sprains, strains, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Aidan graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) with distinction in 2024. He has experience across musculoskeletal, sports, and hospital settings, working with a broad range of conditions. Aidan has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as physical activity promotion. He enjoys helping people return to what they value, whether that is sport, work, or everyday life. His approach is person centred, goal oriented, and grounded in current evidence.
