Janet graduated from the Auckland University of Technology and holds a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy. Also having completed an Exercise Physiology Degree from Otago University. Janet has over 35 years’ experience in Musculo-skeletal Rehabilitation. Having worked for several years with the NZ Defence Force. She is also a qualified Physiotherapy Acupuncturist. Tracey graduated from AUT in 1996 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working in hospital, private practice, and rehabilitation settings, specialising in medical and surgical recovery, neurological rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, chronic pain, strength and balance, concussion management, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
She is a credentialed McKenzie therapist and a Clinical Pilates instructor, with a strong focus on manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and patient education to support injury recovery and prevention. Tracey is passionate about helping individuals of all fitness and activity levels return to work and enjoy the activities they love.
Outside of work Tracey enjoys running or riding in the Redwoods, the theatre and concerts and hanging with her teenage kids
